At Zilber & Daughters, we bridge the gap between world-class Israeli artistry and your home in North America. To ensure every piece meets our standards of luxury and tradition, we manage a specialized supply chain from Israel to our studio in the Greater Toronto Area.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Canada & USA: We offer flat-rate and expedited shipping across North America.

  • Local GTA Delivery: For our neighbors in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer specialized local delivery options at checkout.

  • International: Please contact us at support@zilberanddaughters.com for a custom shipping quote outside of North America.

Delivery Timelines

We carry a curated selection of "In-Stock" items and "Artisan Direct" pieces.

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 2–3 business days from our Toronto hub.

  • Artisan Direct (from Israel): These pieces are shipped from the artist's studio to us for inspection before being sent to you. Please allow 14–21 business days for these unique arrivals.

  • Custom/Commissioned Pieces: Timelines for custom work vary by artist. We will provide a personal concierge update once your order is placed.

Safe Arrival Guarantee

We specialize in delicate ceramics, glass, and fine metals. Every order is hand-packed with premium materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

  • Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email the moment your package leaves our Toronto studio.

  • Signature Required: For high-value luxury items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your piece is received safely.

Duties & Taxes

  • Canada: Orders are shipped domestically from Ontario; no additional customs duties will apply upon delivery.

  • USA: Orders may be subject to import duties/taxes at the border, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
