Zilber and Daughters Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.
1. The 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging (including any designer boxes or certificates of authenticity).
2. Items Ineligible for Return
To maintain the quality of our collection, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or Custom Orders: Any items made-to-order or engraved specifically for you.

Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ritual Use & Condition Standards To ensure the highest level of quality for our community, items intended for ritual use (including but not limited to Kiddush cups, Seder plates, Menorahs, and Challah covers) must be returned in pristine, unused condition.
We cannot accept returns on items showing any signs of use, such as:

Wine or water marks

Wax residue > * Food stains or odors

Polishing scratches
Items must remain in their original designer branding and protective packaging. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.

3. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged (we know shipping delicate items can be tricky!), please contact us at support@zilberanddaughters.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
5. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@zilberanddaughters.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
